4. Doctor / Clinic Responsibilities
Doctors and clinics listed on the platform agree that:
- All submitted information is accurate and lawful
- They hold valid licenses and registrations
- They are solely responsible for medical services provided
- They comply with Sri Lankan medical regulations
- lankamedical.lk and its technology provider do not verify medical credentials.
5. Admin Rights
The platform owner reserves the right to:

- Edit, suspend, or remove listings
- Modify platform content without notice
- Suspend access for misuse
6. User Responsibilities

lankamedical.lk and SPELLZZ are not responsible for donation disputes

Source code ownership follows the development agreement
9. Limitation of Liability
Neither lankamedical.lk nor SPELLZZ shall be liable for:
